Number 1 of the Journal of Development and Communication Studies (JDCS) will be dedicated to research articles, case studies, and book reviews that explore the potential as well as proven role and impact of Information and Communication Technology/Technologies (ICT) and Information and Communication Technologies and Services (ICTS) in the advancement of health, education, gender, water and sanitation, economic, social and cultural development.
